The Wellness Hustle has 37 episodes and a genuine rhythm — a new one went up on August 11. Not one is about back pain, spine, or anything a patient searches before they call you. Meanwhile the channel carrying your practice name has 10 subscribers.
We audited every orthopedic and spine practice in Southern Nevada. Most have never published a single video and have no plan to. Dr. Campbell has released 37 episodes since April 2025, including one published on the day we ran this audit. That consistency is rarer than any equipment or budget. This proposal is not about making you start. It is about where all that effort points.
A text ad was running on Google that same day. So the intent is there and the budget is moving. Ads rent the attention. A channel keeps it — and the channel that would keep it is currently the one nobody is feeding.
This is the clearest evidence in the proposal, and it is entirely your own. One channel gets the work and grows. The other carries your name.
We surveyed 72 orthopedic and spine practices across Southern Nevada. Eighteen have a YouTube channel at all. Nine have a video page of any kind. Your podcast alone puts you ahead of every practice here but one, which says how little anyone has committed.

You already have a host, a format and a rhythm. Most of this is redirection rather than construction.
Each phase is a decision point, not a commitment. We review the scorecard together and move forward only when the practice wants to.
You are the only practice in this market that still publishes on a schedule. That habit took a year to build and it is the hardest part. Everything after it is a question of what the camera is pointed at.
