Prepared for Center for Wellness Orthopedic, Pain & Spine · August 2026

You publish like clockwork. None of it is about what you treat.

The Wellness Hustle has 37 episodes and a genuine rhythm — a new one went up on August 11. Not one is about back pain, spine, or anything a patient searches before they call you. Meanwhile the channel carrying your practice name has 10 subscribers.

The audit · where you stand today
You already have the one thing that cannot be bought: the habit of publishing.

We audited every orthopedic and spine practice in Southern Nevada. Most have never published a single video and have no plan to. Dr. Campbell has released 37 episodes since April 2025, including one published on the day we ran this audit. That consistency is rarer than any equipment or budget. This proposal is not about making you start. It is about where all that effort points.

The gap
The show serves other people's businesses
Attorneys, chiropractors, founders, CEOs. Genuinely good conversations — but the person with sciatica at 11pm never turns any of it up.
The gap
14,721 views, then nothing to catch them
One episode did roughly seventy per cent of your channel's entire lifetime viewership. No follow-up, no series, no next step. That audience arrived and left.
The gap
Your effort is split across two channels
The website links the podcast. The practice-named channel holds the medical content — and has not posted since March 2024. Neither can build on the other.

A text ad was running on Google that same day. So the intent is there and the budget is moving. Ads rent the attention. A channel keeps it — and the channel that would keep it is currently the one nobody is feeding.

The proof · your own two channels
The same practice, the same doctor, two very different results.

This is the clearest evidence in the proposal, and it is entirely your own. One channel gets the work and grows. The other carries your name.

What this proves
Consistency is the variable, and you have it
The active channel is not winning because of production budget. It is winning because somebody shows up on a schedule. Point that same discipline at spine and pain and the numbers move to the practice.
The easy win
One channel, not two
Everything on one properly branded channel, linked from every page. Two channels means neither ever compounds — and it is the single cheapest thing to fix on this list.
The market gap
You are already second in this market — on a channel that never mentions medicine.

We surveyed 72 orthopedic and spine practices across Southern Nevada. Eighteen have a YouTube channel at all. Nine have a video page of any kind. Your podcast alone puts you ahead of every practice here but one, which says how little anyone has committed.

The asymmetry
The leader stopped two years ago
The practice at the top of that chart has published nothing since 2024. You are the only practice in this market still publishing on a schedule right now.
Why it stays open
This is a build, not a boost
Video is a six-to-twelve month consistency commitment and nobody in this market has the appetite. The category is wide open, and the first group to commit takes it.
What G Media builds
Keep the show. Aim it at the patients.

You already have a host, a format and a rhythm. Most of this is redirection rather than construction.

🎯
The patient-question library — the missing half
Plain-language answers to what people actually type: why back pain returns after surgery, what a nerve block feels like, when neck pain needs a specialist, what happens at a first pain-management visit. These rank for months and work while both offices are closed. Built condition by condition, matched to the Las Vegas and Henderson pages you have already written.
🔗
One channel, properly built
Consolidate onto a single branded channel and link it from every page. Two channels means neither ever compounds, and right now the one carrying your name is the one being starved.
👤
Dr. Campbell and Dr. Wentz on camera, as themselves
Dr. Wentz's procedure explainer already exists and already works — it is simply buried on a channel with 10 subscribers. A patient who has watched their doctor explain a procedure arrives at the appointment already trusting them.
The Shorts pipeline — from footage you already own
Thirty-seven long episodes and no Shorts on the active channel at all. Every episode already contains four or five sharp minutes. Cut vertical, captioned and scheduled, the existing library carries months of daily posting before anyone films anything new.
🎙️
The Wellness Hustle, produced properly
The show stays. We bring it into a purpose-built podcast studio, give it real sound and multi-camera edits, and build every episode into clips, chapters and a follow-up path — so the next 14,000-view episode leaves something behind.
🎬
Patient stories, filmed to the standard they deserve
You already have one on the dormant channel, which means patients are willing. We build it into a series — HIPAA marketing authorization signed before we roll, FTC testimonial rules followed, nothing published without your sign-off.
Why G Media
A Las Vegas production company, not an agency retainer.
Two studios on Durango
A purpose-built podcast set and a production stage. The show already exists — this is where it gets made properly.
On location at both offices
Full crew on North Buffalo or South Pecos, worked around clinic schedules in either valley.
Same-week delivery
Film this week, publish this week. Medical video dies from slow turnaround more than anything else.
Medical vertical experience
HIPAA authorizations, FTC testimonial rules, no PHI on camera, nothing publishes without sign-off.
You own everything
The channel, the raw footage, the finished library and the show itself — all of it belongs to Center for Wellness Orthopedic, Pain & Spine. If we ever part ways, the entire asset stays with the practice.
The plan
Three phases. Consolidate, aim, then take the category.
Phase 1
Consolidate
Weeks 1–6
  • One branded channel, linked from every page of your site
  • Existing episodes re-titled, described and placed into playlists
  • First Shorts batch cut from episodes you already own
  • First filming day: Dr. Campbell and Dr. Wentz on your top conditions
Phase 2
Aim at patients
Months 2–6
  • The condition library built out — spine, joint, nerve, head and neck
  • Video matched to your Las Vegas and Henderson pages
  • The Wellness Hustle produced in-studio on a fixed schedule
  • First patient films, compliance approved in advance
  • Monthly scorecard: views, search rankings, calls attributed
Phase 3
Category leadership
Month 7 onward
  • Weekly publishing across long form and Shorts
  • Video creative for the Google campaigns you already run
  • AI search visibility — structured so ChatGPT and Google's AI cite you
  • Quarterly strategy review with your leadership

Each phase is a decision point, not a commitment. We review the scorecard together and move forward only when the practice wants to.

Las Vegas is going to have an orthopedic authority on video.

You are the only practice in this market that still publishes on a schedule. That habit took a year to build and it is the hardest part. Everything after it is a question of what the camera is pointed at.
